Job summary

MagnaCosma in Liberty, Missouri is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. You will work with automated manufacturing equipment, PLCs, robotics, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and perform preventive maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus maintenance/industrial certifications or degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance/Industrial certifications and/or degree required.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and industrial automation systems.
• Experience with basic robotic programming.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems/equipment, including 120V and 240V.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic systems.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety standards.
