Environmental Air Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our Facilities Department. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and basic repairs under supervision.

The candidate should be developing broad maintenance skills and able to complete tasks safely. Responsibilities include basic trades, assisting senior technicians, responding to work orders, and maintaining documentation.

Formación

• Reading and speaking proficiency in English or Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED or related maintenance/constructive experience as determined by management.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or facilities environment preferred.
• Experience with fabrication/robotic machinery, painting systems, welding, refrigeration/HVAC, electrical/control systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on assets, equipment, and building systems.
• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
• Assist higher-level technicians and leads with repairs, installations, and projects.
• Respond to routine maintenance work orders and report status.
• Inspect equipment and report safety concerns or problems.
• Maintain logs, keep area organized, and drive between locations as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures.
