Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support an industrial laundry facility. You will help repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, and boilers, while contributing to preventive maintenance and safety programs.

Your role also includes housekeeping, inventory monitoring, and maintaining maintenance records to ensure smooth operations on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $29.86 - $38.15/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
