Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to respond quickly to maintenance issues, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The role requires coordinating with operators and applying diagnostics for electrical/electronic problems, plus completing special projects for personal development.

Qualified candidates will have basic English communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Basic language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English.
• Willingness to perform maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance instructions and logs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance problems using downtime log and instructions to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, evaluate, repair and test equipment quickly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis per specs.
• Work closely with operators and address operator-related equipment problems.
• Use diagnostic tools for electrical/electronic trouble and perform required repairs.
