Pelican Products is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for the 1st shift at our South Deerfield, MA location. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and facility systems, and support production equipment reliability.
The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, basic welding and machining skills, and proficiency with hand and measuring tools. On-site work with regular hours Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm EST.

As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll help keep our production equipment and facility operating at peak performance by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs that minimize downtime and support manufacturing success.

This position is located at a facility that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
