Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support material handling systems through preventative and predictive maintenance, covering mechanical power transmission, PLC/controls, welding/fabrication, and electrical tasks. The role emphasizes learning, safety, and teamwork within FedEx Industrial Maintenance.
The position offers training across mechanical, electrical, PLC/controls, and welding areas, with potential for progression to higher levels.
The Maintenance Technician I supports the FedEx Industrial Maintenance for material handling to complete preventative and predictive maintenance and repair of material handling systems. Will utilize prescribed processes as they relate to mechanical power transmission, electrical, PLC/controls, welding/fabrication and other industrial maintenance related systems. May troubleshoot component and systems issues.
