Crossroads YMCA is seeking a Technician I to keep facilities running safely at multiple YMCA locations. The role involves traveling between properties, performing and documenting maintenance work on equipment, systems, and components, and supporting risk management and safety programs.
The Technician I will operate with minimal supervision, maintain safety standards, and communicate changes to staff while supporting a positive member experience.

The Technician I provides leadership to and is responsible for general mechanical construction and maintenance services for YMCA facilities. The Technician I will travel between YMCA properties and provide support by completing and documenting assigned work facility equipment, systems, and components. The Technician I will serve as a resource for risk management and safety and will ensure the safety of staff and members.
