Cintas Corporation in Newburgh, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility and to help repair, install and troubleshoot equipment such as washers, dryers, conveyors and boilers. The role also covers preventive maintenance and keeping maintenance records.

Qualifications include 2+ years' experience repairing industrial equipment, the ability to read maintenance literature in English, blueprint reading skills, and stamina to stand up to 7

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsabilités

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment ( washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers ).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
• Help with indoor/outdoor housekeeping and monitor inventory supplies.
• Support safety improvements and resolve safety concerns.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include assisting with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including, but not limited to, washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers; assisting with performing preventive/predictive maintenance; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitoring inventory suppliesand maintaining maintenance records.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years'experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

• Boiler knowledge
• HVAC experience
• Experience and ability to perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing
