Venterra Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Villa Lago in Fort Worth to support daily maintenance operations and lead a small team alongside the Maintenance Manager. You will ensure all systems are running efficiently, handle repairs, and prepare vacant units to move-in standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, performing HVAC/electrical/plumbing tasks, conducting inspections, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required; CPO certification is preferred.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Address resident work orders promptly with high-quality service.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Do routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all systems.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in daily operations.
• Prepare vacants with repairs and cleaning per TQMR program.
• Work independently while upholding company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Provide emergency/on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties to maintain property standards.
