Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. The role requires hands-on trades work, responsiveness to resident requests, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications include 1+ year in maintenance, HS diploma or equivalent, and HVAC knowledge. On-site position with typical duties across indoor and exterior property upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• 2) HVAC system troubleshooting and repairs.
• 3) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical) and install appliances as needed.
