KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Howell, MI team. The role focuses on overall maintenance of the property, handling service requests, apartment turns, and responding to emergencies on-call to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall, with strong tool usage skills and reliability in on-call scenarios. This position is on-site in Howell, MI and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
