Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support HOAs and managed residential properties in Bend, Oregon. You will manage your daily schedule, perform basic maintenance, and help keep shared spaces safe and appealing.

We provide paid, on-the-job training and opportunities to earn professional certifications while you work, with a salary range of $22.00–$30.00 hourly DOE. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Manager of Maintenance Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use common maintenance tools safely.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Self-manage daily schedule to ensure routine care for all property sites.
• Collaborate with the local Management office to report conditions, track work orders, and log completions.
• Perform basic light repairs and inspect lighting, doors, gates, and safety features.
• Keep exterior areas clean: debris removal and storefront/amenity maintenance.
• Support pool, recreation spaces, and common area upkeep, including seasonal tasks.
