Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain property standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
• Respond to service requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.
• Conduct property walks and equipment audits; identify and address maintenance issues.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Perform unit turnovers, including cleaning, painting, and repairs.
• Participate in snow removal as directed by management.
• Communicate timelines and progress to management.
