Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.

- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
- Maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility areas.
- Work with outside contractors and service providers when needed.
