Job summary
Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Expert to join our property services team in Alpharetta, GA. You will partner with the Maintenance Manager to keep communities safe, functional, and well-maintained, addressing resident requests promptly and professionally to restore service quickly.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and hands-on skills in HVAC, carpentry, drywall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC, carpentry, drywall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair expertise preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Budget or basic business finance skills helpful
- Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or obtain in first 90 days of employment
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- CPO Certification if required by state/location
Responsibilities
- Assist Maintenance Manager to ensure community safety, appearance, and operations standards
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot issues, repair and restore service within established standards
- Collaborate with team to enhance individual performance and service quality
