Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior upkeep for the community under supervision. You will execute routine maintenance, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and privacy.

The role requires basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills, plus strong customer service and communication abilities. We welcome 18+ applicants with a high school degree or equivalent, and 1–3 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical system repair skills.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on location.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are stored safely to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, and related tasks.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and maintain regular attendance.
