A leading multifamily development firm is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Texas. The successful candidate will perform essential maintenance tasks, ensuring curb appeal and quality apartment homes. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, customer service, and assisting with maintenance supervision. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3-4 years of maintenance experience. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required, along with technical skills related to computer use.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• 3-4 years of maintenance experience is required.
• Knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Assist with maintaining storage area and materials.
• Carry out maintenance services in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
