Job summary

Vi Highlands Ranch is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our accomplished maintenance team. You will perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, life safety systems, and related equipment, while operating and maintaining maintenance equipment.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Trade school in Electrical, Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing or Carpentry is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience operating and maintaining mechanical equipment or performing building repairs.
  • Trade school or courses in Electrical Wiring, Refrigeration, Heating/Air Conditioning, Plumbing or Carpentry preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must possess a valid and current driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building and life safety systems.
  • Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and building automation systems.
