Job summary

US Lawns is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week with rotating weekend shifts. The role covers routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and flooring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing routine maintenance and repair including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and mechanical.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
• Performing removal of snow by hand or machine.

• Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, kneel and have full use of the hands during the course of duties
