Job summary

Campus Edge, managed by Preiss Brand, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general and preventive maintenance, inspections, and upkeep across our multifamily properties. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, maintaining cleanliness, preparing units for occupancy, and assisting with property turns.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1 year of maintenance experience; HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience; 2+ years preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.

• General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferred
• HVAC certification preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use hands and fingers;
• Ability to speak, see, and hear;
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull;
