Ivy Living is seeking a maintenance associate at The Ivy Mountain View in Denver to support upkeep, turnovers, and grounds maintenance. The role emphasizes safe practices, resident-centered service, and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with apartment turnovers (painting, carpet cleaning) and basic housekeeping.
  • Maintain grounds, pool and spa areas as applicable.
  • Ensure a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests following safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support resident care and service delivery.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour (depends on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Ability to assist with apartment turnovers – painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.
  • Maintain grounds including pool and spa if applicable.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Qualifications
  • Prefer six (6) months of experience in the building industry, maintenance, and/or housekeeping handling the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and structural matters. Knowledge of building construction is helpful.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
  • Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
  • For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
