Elmington is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina, dedicated to upkeeping property with a focus on responsive service. This role includes managing service requests and completing repairs in plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be a key team player in the upkeep of the property by responding to service requests and completing repairs promptly while possessing a strong background in plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Required: Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications. If not currently certified, the selected candidate must obtain the required certification within 60 days of employment.
