Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a long-term care or health care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with all areas of maintenance including heating and air, water, gas, and electrical.
• Identifies, diagnoses and assists with repairing technical and mechanical problems.
• Maintains all facility equipment to ensure safe operation.

Skills

General knowledge of staffing and payroll related functions

Computer skills including EMR, Email and Word/Excel

Experience with physical plant, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Education
