Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Norfolk, NE facility. The role is a dayshift position (6 AM–6 PM) with every other weekend off, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance of critical plant systems.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing, HVAC, boiler systems, compressed air, and ammonia refrigeration, ensuring reliability and safety. Candidates should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience and a drive to learn, with forklift certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred, ideally in a food processing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Must be able to obtain Forklift License Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and troubleshoot preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment including plumbing, HVAC, boilers, compressed air, and ammonia refrigeration.
