Job summary

Hanline Foods in Shelby, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on production machinery and address building needs. The role requires standing most of the day and a commitment to a 40+ hour workweek with possible overtime.

Responsibilities include installing and repairing equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues with root-cause analysis, and implementing upgrades to enhance safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance role.
• Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to work minimum of 40+hours per week.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, and boilers.

Responsibilities

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm, overtime and weekends as needed.
• Install, repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Complete Preventative Maintenance Tasks as assigned.
• Diagnose problems using root cause analysis tools, Diagnostic equipment and observation skills.
• Safely Execute repairs on machinery in a timely fashion, using hand tools, power tools etc.
• Assist in identifying and implementing upgrades and modifications that improve safety, efficiency and production.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies by checking stock and notifying manager.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with Company procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with OSHA and food safety Guidelines.
