Job summary

StorageMart is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep facilities safe, clean, and functional across multiple locations. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, doors, and latches, perform carpentry and light construction, and handle groundskeeping tasks.

Travel between stores is required and mileage is reimbursed. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, power tool proficiency, and a reliable, detail-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or related trade experience.
• Power tool knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license/insurance and ability to travel between stores.
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, standing).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and latches
• Perform carpentry, pavement repair, and light woodworking
• Handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal
• Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance
• Travel between multiple locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
