Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance field required.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 80lbs.
• Ability to perform tasks while on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, diagnoses, and performs repairs and maintenance on all food service equipment.
• Maintains small appliances, kitchen equipment, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Maintains preventative maintenance schedule and records.
