Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant (operated by an independent franchisee) is hiring a Maintenance Person to ensure outstanding interior and exterior cleanliness and to maintain restaurant equipment. You will follow daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and support management in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning tasks, and utility upkeep to help provide a safe and pleasant dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance and cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to follow a daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checklist.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactors.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
