Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person in a franchise restaurant. You’ll assist management to keep interior and exterior areas spotless and ensure restaurant equipment runs smoothly.

The role supports the team with hands-on upkeep, daily cleaning, and preventive maintenance, enabling safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, window cleaning, stock room and restroom care, and light maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or facilities favored.
• Ability to perform daily cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
