The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and preferably a craft apprenticeship or related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; valid state driver’s license.
• One-year general maintenance or technical experience preferred.
• Craft apprenticeship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform plumbing and carpentry functions as needed.
• Read manuals and work orders; diagnose problems and replace parts.
