Ace Precision in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Facilities Maintenance & Janitorial to keep our shop clean, safe, and efficient. You’ll perform basic maintenance, clean machines, paint, replace filters, and help keep indoor and outdoor areas welcoming.

You’ll work in a team that values craftsmanship and safety, with generous benefits and various shifts including day and night options; overtime is voluntary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Keep shop areas clean by sweeping, mopping, and operating floor scrubbers.
• Clean machines and perform simple maintenance like painting, changing filters, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintain landscaping, shovel snow, and keep outdoor areas safe and welcoming.
• Support the team by cleaning offices, break areas, and restrooms.
• Inventory supplies to ensure everything is stocked.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety policies.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting in other areas as needed.
