Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment under supervision. The role includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination with vendors to ensure safe, functional settings for guests and team members.

You will document all work in our work order system, adhere to safety standards, and be available for holidays, weekends, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to facility and equipment including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as filter changes and lubrication of motors.
• Coordinate with contracted vendors and document all work in the work order system (Hot SOS).
• Snow removal and landscaping as needed; housekeeping in common areas as required.
