Job summary

Rogers Corporation, a leading materials technology company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day repairs and support facility projects at our Bear, DE site. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring safety and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

You will maintain records, refer to blueprints, and support continuous plant operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with quality management systems.
• Valid forklift operator certification or ability to become certified.
• Respirator certification or ability to become certified.
• Successful completion of Hazardous Waste (RCRA) Intermediate level training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols during maintenance procedures.
• Perform preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs.
• Reference equipment blueprints and diagrams for inspections and use.
• Maintain records of work performed and keep a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
