Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a General Maintenance Associate to operate and maintain a wide range of mechanical tools, perform routine functions, and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime on production lines.

You will help repair and calibrate equipment, monitor safety procedures, and assist with selecting new maintenance tools to improve capabilities. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience using standard hand tools.
• Experience using electric tools (table saw, jigsaw, circular/miter saw).
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a wide variety of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Perform routine operations and troubleshoot equipment to keep lines running.
• Repair damaged equipment and restore to good working order.
