Bass Pro Shops seeks a Maintenance Technician to service bowling and arcade systems, perform preventive upkeep, and keep facilities safe and guest-friendly. You will use tools, read manuals, and troubleshoot electrical components while coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operation.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical/electronics aptitude, and the ability to work with ladders, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
The Maintenance Technician assists in all aspects of maintenance including but not limited to bowling, arcade, general maintenance and other activities. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the areas overseen provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Arcade flashing lights exposure. Constantly ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc. (climbing up to but not limited to 30 feet from the floor) Constantly stand and/or walk during shift Constantly moving, lifting and carrying objects up to 25 pounds Constantly repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Occasionally move and lift objects up to 100 pounds or more Occasionally operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
