Job summary

CLS Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the community’s physical condition and deliver outstanding resident experiences. The role focuses on inside and exterior upkeep, timely response to requests, and promoting resident satisfaction through professional service.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with building systems, groundskeeping, and readiness to handle diverse maintenance tasks with integrity.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of basic building HVAC systems.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical systems.
• Proficient knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Experience with make-ready unit preparation.
• Construction skills: sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, carpentry.
• Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to visitors, prospects, residents, and community members.
• Perform daily property walkthroughs to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Complete work orders promptly and document damages with photos when needed.
• Coordinate service requests with leasing office to optimize resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, organized maintenance shop and comply with codes and safety regulations.
