Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on repair of electrical and mechanical systems on machinery.
• Experience with hydraulic systems – repair and maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical machine alignment checks and adjustments.
• Education / training in electronics and electrical systems desirable.
• CNC machine repair experience, gantry mill repair experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventative maintenance of a variety of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using manuals and specs.
• Assemble, install and repair wiring, components, piping and machinery.
• Document repair work, write reports and create documents.
• Train and lead others to meet departmental objectives.
• Maintain safety and high quality standards in all tasks.
