Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, keeping accurate records, and ensuring equipment uptime while supporting a collaborative team in a fast-paced food distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in HVAC maintenance and maintenance of large warehouse facilities.
• Experience with material handling equipment and fleet shop maintenance.
• Foodservice distribution/warehousing experience preferred.
• Material Handling Equipment Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair material handling equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, ammonia systems.
• Monitor batteries and charging equipment; maintain maintenance records.
• Keep maintenance shop clean and manage expenses prudently.
• Follow safety standards and perform other related duties as assigned.
