Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Facilities Associate (Maintenance Technician I) to maintain and repair the venue, grounds, equipment, and systems. You will troubleshoot issues, respond to maintenance calls, and keep all components operating safely while engaging with guests and teammates in a high-energy environment.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; you’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support peak periods and events.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we will train you and encourage a willingness to learn maintenance and technical skills.
• 6+ months of maintenance experience or trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, or maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the venue, equipment, and systems as directed by Facilities management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, and respond to maintenance calls promptly.
• Monitor operation and proper use of equipment and systems to identify issues early.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and flag shortages to keep maintenance stocked.
• Communicate maintenance status, safety concerns, and repairs to guests and team members clearly and accurately.
