Job summary

V R Della Infotech Inc. seeks an Electrical Technician to maintain production equipment in our steel and aluminum divisions. The role requires reading schematics, wiring 480-volt circuits, and supporting preventative and reactive maintenance.

Experience with PLCs, Fanuc controls, and robotics is a plus. The position involves a 2/3/2 shift pattern with 7a-7p hours, overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdowns as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess a two-year technical degree or higher.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a Maintenance position.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with PLC and Fanuc controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

The shift will be a 2/3/2 (Work, Work, Off, Off, Off, Work, Work) and then vice versa the next week. The shift will be 7a-7p

14 day cycle:

• Week 1:
  • Work 2 days (e.g., Monday and Tuesday)
  • Off 2 days (e.g., Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Work 3 days (e.g., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Week 2:
  • Off 2 days (e.g., Monday and Tuesday)
  • Work 2 days (e.g., Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Off 3 days (e.g., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Job Description

* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building.* Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.* Installation of new equipmentElectrical Technician Responsibilities:* Working knowledge of PLC is necessary. Fanuc Controls desirable.* Robot background a plus. Must be able of reading and wiring electrical schematics.* Knowledge in wiring 480-volt circuits of motors and controls.* Working knowledge of metal stamping, CNC machine centers, and any other high speed assembly equipment a plus.
