Job summary

Azura Memory Care and Assisted Living in Brookfield, WI, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep our memory care community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs, plus room setups and minor renovations.

We value hands-on problem-solvers who can work independently or with staff, follow safety protocols, and help keep residents and team members thriving. Available hours: Tue-Sat, 9:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Able to lift equipment and work safely in a healthcare setting.
• Independent worker who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment upkeep.
• Respond promptly to repair requests and fix issues with care and efficiency.
• Assist with room setups, furniture assembly, and minor renovations.
• Conduct regular inspections and manage supplies inventory.
