CCMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our master-planned community. The role emphasizes upkeep of facilities, safety, and resident experience in a dynamic environment around a central lake and clubhouse.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on maintenance experience, be detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with managers and residents. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required as part of our standards.

Qualifications

• Must have prior maintenance experience in a community setting or similar environment.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with managers, residents, and peers.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Inspect and maintain facilities and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with event setups, room breakdowns, and pool/amenity areas cleanup.
• Coordinate with leadership for preventative maintenance and urgent repairs as needed.
• Maintain gates, storage spaces, lighting, doors, and locks and report issues.
• Operate and troubleshoot basic building systems; ensure safe, accessible environments.
