Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician (CNC) for a site-based role in Temple, Texas. You will troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Mori, Haas and Mazak CNC machinery to minimise downtime and improve reliability.

Working Monday–Friday with overtime at 1.5x, you will train and mentor developing technicians and contribute to maintenance planning and development of the department as the plant grows.

Qualifications

• CNC machine maintenance or field service experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on CNC mills, lathes or machining centers.
• Comfortable carrying out hands-on machine repairs and strip-downs.
• Looking for a stable, long-term site-based position with progression and development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair Mori, Haas and Mazak CNC machinery
• Strip down machinery, diagnose faults and minimize production downtime
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across the manufacturing site
• Train and mentor developing maintenance technicians
• Monday-Friday, site-based role with 10 contracted overtime hours per week at 1.5x

Site Based role in Temple Texas commutable from Belton, Killeen, Harker Heights, Salado, Tro

Are you a CNC Service Technician or Maintenance Technician looking to step off the road and move into a stable, site-based position where you can become a key technical expert within a growing manufacturing company?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturer where you will play a key role in minimizing downtime across a modern CNC machining operation, while receiving further training and having a direct impact on the future development of the maintenance department.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and carrying out preventative maintenance on CNC machinery including Mori, Haas and Mazak equipment. This will be a hands-on position where you will diagnose faults, strip down machinery, complete repairs and help improve machine reliability across the facility.

This role would particularly suit an experienced CNC Field Service Technician looking to reduce travel and move into a Monday-Friday site-based position. You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor developing technicians and contribute directly to the company's maintenance and development plans.
