Job summary

You will follow a cleaning schedule, operate equipment safely, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to short-notice assignments while working with diverse teams at the facility. This role requires a proactive, reliable team member capable of handling a variety of maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Ability to follow safety practices at all times.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and proper usage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 ft.
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with short notice.
• Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to perform a variety of maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance to keep the site sanitary, safe, and attractive.
• Follow a cleaning schedule developed for your area of responsibility.
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assess situations and escalate or resolve as needed.
• Maintain outside grounds and manage routine trash removal.
• Clean equipment, windows, restrooms, and fuel dispensers.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
• Snow removal from sidewalks when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
