Job summary

Levco Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 338-unit property in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate has residential maintenance experience and is dependable, with a willingness to develop technical skills.

The full-time position offers a 40-hour workweek, an hourly wage of $21.50 to $23.50 (commensurate with experience), on-call rotation, and overtime as needed. Reports to the Maintenance Manager and benefits include PTO, holidays, health coverage, and retirement plans.

Maintenance Technician

Full Time: 40 hours/week

Hourly : $21.50.00 - $23.50; commensurate with experience

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday - Friday, on-call rotation, overtime as needed

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Levco Management is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 338‑unit property located in Richmond, VA. We are seeking an individual with experience in the apartment industry who is dependable, hard‑working, and interested in developing their technical skills.

Qualifications

1 year of residential maintenance experience
General maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
Must provide your own hand tools including handheld power tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
Must be able to pass a background check as well as a maintenance skills assessment
