Abode Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its property management team in California. The role involves performing routine maintenance, responding to resident service requests, and assisting with inspections and safety procedures to keep properties in excellent condition.

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Community Manager and works as part of a team to ensure that the property is maintained in the best physical condition possible and that all resident service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Minimum of three (3) years general maintenance experience (plastering, painting, basic plumbing such as unclogging toilets and drains, carpentry).
