Job summary

Woodward Camp in Woodward, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our campus facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. You’ll join the maintenance staff, maintain records, and perform a variety of tasks across the property.

Duties include landscaping, painting, electrical and plumbing work, tool care, snow removal, and responding to emergencies. You will work on-site, with opportunities to grow and access our world-class facilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• OSHA certified on applicable equipment.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Well versed in electric, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and fleet maintenance.
• Provide work related references upon request.
• Employment contingent upon pre-hire background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate power driven street equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment (Skid Steer, Lawn Tractors).
• Load, unload, and transport parts, materials and equipment.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks such as weed eating, mowing, and landscaping.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform maintenance tasks.
• Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Repair vandalism and maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist with guest requests in a timely manner.
