Job summary

Levco Management LLC is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician for a 465-unit property in Hampton, VA. You will perform apartment turnovers, assist with preventative maintenance, and support grounds upkeep under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and a competitive hourly wage of $22–$26. Benefits include PTO after 90 days, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and daily tool-based tasks to grow technical skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential maintenance experience.
• Must provide your own hand tools, including handheld power tools.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly without assistance.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must be able to pass a background check as well as a maintenance skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnovers.
• General painting and drywall repairs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist with grounds upkeep daily.
• Completing thorough inspections of the common areas on a regular basis.
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Maintenance Technician

Full Time: 40 hours/week

Hourly: $22.00 - $26.00, commensurate with experience.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday - Friday, on-call rotation as needed.
