Job summary

The Community Action Agency of Oklahoma City & OK/CN Counties, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Worker. This role includes performing general preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the building and grounds, ensuring a safe environment for low to moderate-income families.

Qualifications

• Completion of vocational training course in building trades and 3 years of full-time paid employment in the building trades.
• Must be insurable, possess or be able to obtain a commercial chauffeur's license.
• Upper body strength to lift 85 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry and building maintenance repairs assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Estimates the cost of materials and prepares purchase order requests.
• Maintains material safety data sheets in vehicles for products used.
