Parkshore Senior Living in St. Louis Park, MN is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical plant and grounds, coordinate with the Director on annual goals, and prepare apartments for showing to prospective residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant and grounds.
• Set annual goals with the Director and implement strategies to achieve them.
• Turn around apartments for showcasing and renting to prospective residents.
• Actively communicate scheduled maintenance.
• Assist the department director with tasks as assigned.
